Use Tithing Slip and under Other write- Super Saturday. Make checks out to Garfield 2nd Ward. Turn white portion with money into a member of the Bishopric, turn the Yellow portion in with the order form to:

2 colors of stain will be provided. Please bring your own hammer for the nail (32 to be nailed in) I would also recommend bringing a measuring device/ruler to make sure your letters are even.

We will provide soap, glue, and 2 choices of spray paint.

ALSO..... Bring a hammer and screwdriver or nail to make the hole in the lid to fit the soap dispenser
